The phone number (555 22 878 878) does not appear on the site anywhere as far as i can see BUT just a thought. if its 88.7 and the phone number is collapsed to 55522878878 enter the decimal in at the 887 (part the only one) you get 555228788.78 I got no idea what this might mean but just thinking outside the box could be a more plausible encryption code.

Also (warning this is long and just a rehash)

I got your message, (where is this message? How did faith get it?)

be careful, (in the message seems Kate is going to do something dangerous)

they're getting better, (I hypothesise this is us the community but may be wrong)

closer. (this strengthens my hypothesis)


They're still looking, (again is this us?)

for me, (looking for Faith)

for us, (and looking for Kate)

they don't give up. (if it is us we don't)



The city, (the game world)

everything below, (the streets, the people? everything is beneath a runner)

seems different, (different new? [possibly the new game takes place more at street level?])

I feel watched. (watched from bellow?)


Stay low, (again references to low? why when a runner is safest up high? again maybe ME 2 is more at street level])

trust no one, (who would Kate trust that Faith is warning her off?)

no one, (emphasis, anyone Kate would normally trust is not to be trusted even Faith?)

not even friends. (who is Kate's trusted friend? that cop from ME 1?)



Got to go, (Faith is going somewhere too and cant stay on the line much longer?)

got a lead, (a lead on what? Icurus? the things "watching" her? the city's changes? or "He" mentioned later?)

an old friend, (already told not to trust friends. Perhaps ment to be sarcastic? who is this? [also I hypothesise that wherever this is, is where the next clue will be found])

a risk. (using the term risk could indicate that Faith is not sure if this person can be trusted and with the previous statement this may be someone from ME 1 who ended up being trusted and turned out well)


And Kate, (at least we know who the person is this message is for)

it won't be long now, (reference to time, something is happening soon, in the future.)

He doesn't have long. (HE... he may be what the "lead" is referring to? searching for Him? how to get to? information about? he may be a good guy or a bad guy)

Faith/ (signed by the author so we know its faith writing)

88.7 (recurring number even in the message its like a hyku (sp?), 8 short bits of information separated by commas, followed by a blank line, followed by the same again, followed by a blank line, followed by 7 short bits of information separated by commas.)

All that from that door picture everyone already knows about. Just my musings on the matter.

Faith/

In both of these messages Faith talks about some sort of really evil guy (probably not Callaghan, since in the first message it appears that the person gave Faith a code or something. Perhaps Kreeg or Drake turns out to be the main villan? And it appears that Faith is preparing to kill that person. Also, I think that it would be more likely that Kate is trying to escape the city/go into hiding. The "lead" that Faith reffers to to in her second message could be Kreeg , Drake, or even Celeste.

i just keep thinking that they aren't referring to us with the 'them' in the messages. I think they're referring to the blues... It would be TOO cool if the were referring to us (even though i know DICE recognizes (or something) us as an official fansite..

graffitti puzzle

grafitti: does it mean something more? i think i'm on to something

there all under either single player or general discussion. please answer!

here ill copy and paste the question. please go to one of those pages to answer, please.

there is a lot of hidden graffiti in mirrors edge. (mainly in the ventilation system?)

people think (and i agree) that the graffiti in the vents was made by the janitor and the rats are his pets (crappy janitor :b) which explains the one in the cage. (people also say the rats show and lead you to things, like electric fences when they get electrecuted, snipers when they get shot, and lead you to bags.)

ANYHOO, TO THE POINT...

the first graffiti i found was the: "where is november" and the "little lost poly"

people have a lot of pradictions, but i had my own.

at first i wondered if you found all of the graffiti  and put it all together it could mean something, maybe a reference related to the game?

but nevertheless...

i did some research and it turns out that little lost poly refers to a level desighners website:

It appears that he designed "The Shard" and the begining of "Jacknife". The same graffito can be found at the very begining of "Jacknife", just make a U-turn and look behind the fence.

i haven't gotten to the bottom of the "where is november?" graffiti.

but i'm still curious about my first prediction...

i can't play 24/7, i don't have access to my brothers 360 that often. (but i have beat the game. 8D) so i was wondering...

if any of you could be so kind and AWSOME...

to figure out my first prediction? it would take some work, i know. but i really think it could mean something all together...

on the sewer level, the first bag(before getting in the sewers, and on its on a pillar), theres a poster, forgot what is says, but, i suggest looking at it, ALSO, in the first little room of the level, as soon as you enter it there, is a fence, and on the wall behind the fence theres some writting
i believe it says bobby....something, couldnt really read it... maybe one of you hackers could go behind it and snap a photo of whatever it is

I then sent Tom Farrer, a ME developer, some @messages on Twitter (http://twitter.com/t0mf), and he pretty much let me know I wasted a bunch of time.

@t0mf Are cityprotectionforce.me, dailycity.me, or citypulse.me significant to PK.com/NSE.com? They're registered by EA, but I'm stumped...

@t3hub3rk1tten They were part of a promotion for the game that we were going to do but in the end we decided not to do it.
